Our partner, Brødrene Haukås Mek. Verksted AS, are the producer of our INOshackle. Founded in 1966, and now a medium sized company of 25 employees, with solid competencies in machining: Lathing, milling, welding and assembling.

As 2011, they became owners of Møllerodden. In 2012, they founded Møllerodden Certification AS, owned by Brødr. Haukås Mek. Verksted AS and engineer Jon Kristian Simonsen. Simonsen holds the certifications (A1, S1-G1-20) and the organization carry the certifications (S1: BX, RX, SX, TBX, PX, HX, KX, and BHX).

 

This affirms that Møllerodden Certification AS is able to perform all types of certifications of lifting gear both onshore and offshore. They carry certified equipment for load testing of cranes, winches, wires and blocks.

We also have a cooperation with Cortland Selantic AS for the fibre slings attached to the INOshackle for a high performance. They provides innovative, efficient and lightweight fibre solutions for lifting and tethering applications together with design, analysis and documentation services to the oil and gas, heavy marine, subsea, ROV and seismic markets. Cortland is a part of Actuant Corporation (NYSE: ATU), a diversified industrial company.
